We are experienced in clearing all sizes of buildings, and can offer a fixed quotation depending on the amount of time the property will take to clear, obviously things such as access to the property and number of floors, quantity of items will all be factored in when we provide an initial quote. Items that do not have a resales potential will either be recycled at the local Household Waste Recycling Centre, or if they are saleable but have a lower value will be donated to a local charity, such as St Catherine’s Hospice, or the British Heart Foundation. If you have a particular charity you would like to support please let us know and we can deliver items there for you. We are also able to pick up keys from you if that is necessary.
Probate Valuations
If the amount of the estate is suspected of falling in the inheritance tax bracket a probate valuation will need to be carried out.

Most valuations are undertaken for insurance replacement purposes, a valuation is an informed opinion based upon many years of experience and many years of training as a valuer in one of the North’s leading auction houses. and other specialist areas of product knowledge, Jamie for example has a degree in Fine Art and a keen interest in painting.
