At House Clearances Scarborough we do not consider any job too big or small, and we are always happy to discuss your requirements in a professional and conscientious manner.
We aim to take as much stress and hard work off your shoulders as much as possible. We can do this because of our experience, and hard work, in order that your property and belongings achieve their sales potential.
We can tailor our services to include the following…
• Before and after photographs of your property
• Arrange sale of items on your behalf
• Arranging secure storage
• Keeping personal affects, such as photographs and other sentimental items and sending them back to you
• Updating you as much as you require with progress updates
• Locating certain items, such as documents like deeds for example, and ensuring you receive those back
• Getting properties ready for sale, including a full cleaning service
• Recycling items wherever possible
Payment methods
We are happy to receive either a bank transfer, cash, or a cheque, but that would need to clear before the job is able to commence. Although payment directly is not always required as we can exchange goods for labour, for example if the property contains unwanted saleable items these can be exchanged or deducted from the costings. In some circumstances we will buy all the furniture or items in the house, leaving you in credit, it really is up to you, and what suits your needs best.
